My aunt & uncle were top wedding photographers in the Bay Area for many years. They knew I was very interested in photography and had been taking classes all through jr high and high school so they asked me to intern with them the summer of my junior year. Not only did I love wedding photography but I fell in love with the business side of it and I knew there was no turning back for me…I was going to be a photographer.
I have been blessed with the best clients on the planet and they just keep spreading the word to friends, family and co-workers. Also, social media and my blog is a very important tool.
Ethereal, natural and romantic.
Make them laugh. I am always such a goof at the shoots that it usually gets them to relax and just have fun.
Canon, Not being able to shoot with the Canon 50 1.2 would make me a very sad photographer!
50 1.2 – This lens just produces the most amazing creamy images…they are practically delicious! I don’t think I could live without him! LOL
Take your time, always have fun & practice makes perfect. Also try not to compare your work to photographers who have been in business for years, in time you will get there too!
Hopefully still doing the same thing. Working with wonderful clients and making memories with them. I love what I do and wouldn’t want to change a thing!
